One of the biggest flaws in our current waste system is that we treat food scraps like trash instead of a resource. This mindset is inefficient, expensive, and environmentally damaging.

Ecotone Renewables challenges that mindset. Their ZEUS biodigester converts food waste on site into "soil sauce," a nutrient rich liquid fertilizer that can be used by farmers. Instead of sending organic material to landfills, Ecotone keeps nutrients in circulation, cutting methane emissions and the need for long distance hauling.
